For the 2nd year in a row Rosina has been awarded the 2021 Frozen Supplier of the Year – Bakery/Dairy/Frozen Category by IMA!

Rosina Food Products has been awarded the DOT Foods Quality and Service Award for the 3rd time in 4 years!

Rosina Food Products, Inc. was featured in North America Outlook magazine, Issue 08 which was made public on February 25, 2022. The Company feature article “Real Italian Goodness” was an overview on the history of Rosina and the current success of the Company.

Rosina Food Products announced its acquisition of the Mama Lucia ® Brand of frozen retail Meatballs from Quaker Maid Meats, Inc. in November of 2021. Mama Lucia meatballs becomes part of frozen meatball and pasta brand line for Rosina which includes Rosina Meatballs, Celentano Pasta and Italian Village Pasta and Meatballs.

Rosina Meatballs are now in IKEA - Puerto Rico. As part of the International strategy to go after larger customers who have scale, the division has recently landed an exciting new piece of branded business with IKEA - Puerto Rico

Rosina Food Products was recognized as IMA’s (Independent Marketing Alliance) Bakery, Dairy, Frozen supplier of the year by demonstrating the "Rosina Difference" through meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers. The entire Rosina team is excited to receive this coveted award and looks forward to continuing to meet and exceed our customers needs as the Foodservice Channel begins to open up more fully this year.

Rosina Food Products prides itself on a strong Italian heritage, so what better way to celebrate our heritage than a recipe contest using Rosina and Celentano products. In October (National Italian Heritage Month), Rosina asked our consumers to submit an original recipe using their favorite Rosina or Celentano products. We had tons of recipes submitted and they were all creative and amazing! After reviewing all the recipes submitted, the winning recipes are: 1st place: Smashed Meatball Bahn Mi with Spicy Peanut Sauce 2nd Place: Rosina’s Meatball with Caramelized Onion and Asiago Stuffed Balsamic Mushrooms 3rd Place: Spicy Southwest Cheesy Meatball Baked Tacos with Avocado Crema The opportunity to use Rosina products for various meal occasions are endless. Nationally acclaimed Mr. Food, Howard Rosenthal, interviewed Rosina’s own Corporate Chef Brian Muscarella as part of the CFIC (Carolina Food Industry Council) virtual convention. Mr. Food interviewed Chef Brian from his test kitchen while Chef Brian was at the Rosina corporate headquarters in Buffalo NY. Mr. Food and Brian had a lively conversation about the versatility of Rosina Meatballs and Celentano pasta and the ease of preparing all our delicious products. Check out the interview!
