Ingredients

  • 4- 3 oz. Rosina Sapore Grande Veal, Beef & Pork Meatballs
  • 1 1/3 lb. Ricotta Mixture
  • 16 oz. Favorite Marinara Sauce
  • 2 oz. Romano Flakes
  • Ricotta Mixture:
  • 1 lb. Ricotta
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan
  • 2 oz. Grated Romano
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

For the ricotta mixture, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then heat mixture to 160°F. Heat meatballs in sauce to 160°F. On a plate, place 1 meatball in center and create a ring around the meatball with the hot ricotta mixture. Make a ring with sauce around the meatball and ricotta. Top with the flakes of Romano and serve.
