Rosina Traditional Premium Italian Beef Meatball Olive Tapenade Crostini

Ingredients

  • 6 each Rosina Traditional Premium Italian Beef Meatball 1.5 oz.
  • 6 slices baguette, toasted
  • ½ cup prepared Olive Tapenade
  • ½ cup Goat Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoon Green Onion
  • 4 Tablespoon Roasted Red Pepper, very thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Place frozen meatballs on baking sheet and cook 20-25 minutes, set aside. 

Season the goat cheese with salt and black pepper to taste. 

On the plate divide goat cheese onto each baguette, top with olive tapenade, cooked meatballs, garnish with thinly sliced roasted red peppers and green onion.
