- 6 Celetano Breaded Eggplant Cutlets Round/Peeled 48-40253
- 4 fresh Mozzarella cheese slices
- 4 slices of beef steak tomato
- 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
Pre heat deep fryer to 375°F. Fry eggplant in batches for 2½ minutes. Set aside to drain on paper towels.
To assemble place a slice of eggplant on plate, a slice of Mozzarella Cheese followed by a basil leaf and topped with a slice of tomato. Repeat the layers.
To garnish eggplant stack, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
