Preheat oven to 350° F. Place frozen meatballs on baking sheet and cook 20-25 minutes, set aside.
Combine the quinoa and water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it sit, covered for 10 more minutes. Fluff with a fork.
To serve add quinoa, sliced cucumber, and chickpeas to a large bowl. Top with the meatballs and feta cheese, garnish with fresh dill and oregano.
