MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:Place 1 cup tortellini in a microwaveable dish. Mix 1/4 cup water with 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Add sauce to tortellini, mix, and cover. Heat on high power (100%) for 4-6 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully because steam is hot. (Note: microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS:Boil 4 quarts of water (optional: add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking). Place tortellini in boiling water. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway. Cook until desired tenderness. Drain and serve.
