Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Set aside. Add 5 cups corn of corn and pepper in a large mixing bowl along with 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, juice of a lime, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and 2/3 cup sour cream. Mix all together until well combined. After this, transfer the corn mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread it nicely and evenly. Place meatballs in the dish.
Place the casserole dish in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for 30 minutes. After baking, remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro, and 1 tsp chili powder. Serve and enjoy!
