Cook meatballs according to package instructions. Set aside. In four separate bowls, Place 1/2 cup of quinoa the bottom of the bowl. On top clockwise, add, 1/4 cup edamame shells. 1/4 amount of sweet potato, 1/4 cup of spinach. 1/4 cup of feta cheese crumbles and about 4 meatballs per bowl. Top with dressing and serve.
