Rosina Sales & Marketing Team Supports FeedMore WNY

As part of Rosina Food Products, Inc.’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and corporate social responsibility, the Sales and Marketing team came together during the company’s National Sales Meeting in September for a meaningful team-building initiative in support of FeedMore Western New York.

The exercise brought associates into Rosina’s production facility, where they were divided into eight teams to participate in a friendly competition with a purpose: assembling individual meal kits designed to support food-insecure families in the region. Each kit contained a package of Celentano Cheese Ravioli, Celentano Cheese Tortellini, and Rosina Italian Style Meatballs—providing a well-rounded, comforting Italian meal.

Working against the clock, the teams had 15 minutes to pack as many complete cases as possible. The event combined collaboration, speed, and a shared mission to make a difference.

This activity is just one example of how Rosina continues to weave service and compassion into its company culture—empowering employees to contribute to causes that matter.
