Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain and let cool to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, green onions, mayo, cole slaw dressing and salt and black pepper – stir to combine all ingredients. Add cooled tortellini to the mixing bowl and stir to evenly coat. Refrigerate overnight if desired – pasta will soak up the dressing, so you will need to add a little more the next day. Before serving, add the grapes, pineapple, red apple, and nuts. If needed, add additional cole slaw dressing to coat ingredients.
