Our Cavatelli product is made with high quality ingredients such as finely milled fancy enriched Durum flour, Grade A eggs and all 100% artificial free colored dough.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:Mix together 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Place 1 cup cavatelli in a microwaveable dish and cover. Heat on high power for 2-3 minutes stirring halfway. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully; steam is hot.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS:Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a boil. (Optional: add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking) Place cavatelli in boiling water. Simmer 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.
