Machine Operators: 1st Shift (experience required)
The Machine Operator will operate specific food processing, packaging, portioning, conveying and cooking equipment within specified parameters. Operators will be required to run assigned equipment to obtain maximum productivity and quality. Typically assignments will be in a specific department and reporting will include an assigned production supervisor.
Maintenance Mechanic: 3rd Shift (11p-7a) - Full-time w/benefits
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of our processing and packaging equipment, with a high priority on preventative maintenance.
Quality Assurance & Food Safety Systems Specialist
The Quality Assurance & Food Safety Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support for both the Food Safety and Quality Assurance functions of the Company. Will assist in the development and continued maintenance of the Corporate Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS) program, systems and policies. Will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Assurance Policy & Procedure System. Generate monthly reports providing summaries and statistical information on the various conduct, trends and analysis. Will follow up on required corrective actions relative to all areas of the QFSMS programs. Individual will create policies and procedures to assure compliance with BRC. Perform other tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager – Quality Assurance & Food Safety.
Sanitation Associates: 3rd Shift (11pm - 7:30am) Full-Time w/Benefits
The Sanitation Associate is responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing and re-assembly of food processing equipment in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and company specifications. Associates must be able to:
