Italian Village® Square Cheese Ravioli with Pesto and Asparagus


1-13 oz package Italian Village® Square Cheese Ravioli

1 lb. asparagus, trimmed

1 cup red cherry tomatoes

1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes

½ cup pesto

1 Tbsp. olive oil

½ tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated


Steam 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed, until tender-crisp. Prepare the ravioli according to the instructions. Sauté the asparagus and the red and yellow tomatoes in 1 Tbsp. olive oil until soft. Sprinkle with ½ tsp. salt. Toss the asparagus/tomato mixture with the ravioli, pesto, and the parmesan cheese.

*Note: Celentano® Round Cheese Ravioli, Tortellini, or Cavatelli can be substituted for the Italian Village® Square Cheese Ravioli.
