GREEK BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN SANDWICH

Sweet and Tangy MeatballsIngredients:
 ½ bag Rosina® Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs, cut in half or crumbled

4 pita breads

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

1 small cucumber, diced

½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp. water

¼ cup plain yogurt

salt, as needed

     Directions:
Heat Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs in a 350° F oven or microwave until heated through, following directions on back of package. On a flat top grill or in the oven, warm the pita bread until slightly crispy on the outside and hot in the center. Build each sandwich by evenly distributing shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, and heated Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs onto each pita. Add diced tomatoes and Feta cheese. Mix cucumbers, water and yogurt together and season with salt. Spoon over the top of the pita and serve over a bed of greens, if desired.
