Job Title: Production Supervisor.
Rosina Food Products, Inc. West Seneca, NY Pasta/Entrée facility is seeking an experienced supervisor to join our second shift team.
Main duties will focus on scheduling work, ensuring production efficiency levels and recommending measures to improve production methods and equipment performance. Other preferred qualities include a desire to motivate our workforce to achieve work goals and to provide a safe workplace by emphasizing proper safety standards. Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years’ experience preferably in a food processing environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates degree minimum.

Job Title: Manager - Regional Sales - Foodservice (Canadian markets)

Hours/Schedule: Primarily Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday (Must be available for occasional nights & weekend assignments)
Position Summary: Responsible for new business development and coordination of existing sales to distributor and operator accounts in the Canadian Foodservice market. Responsibility may include the management of brokers within the assigned region. The individual will be involved in the planning, directing and implementing various programs consistent with Company goals and objectives.
Position Qualifications: Ideally, incumbent will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or University; and five to ten-years related foodservices sales experience with a manufacturer, broker or distributor and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The individual must have strong communication, organizational and computer skills. Associates must possess a strong knowledge of the foodservice industry, focused on sales. Prior exposure to the Culinary Sciences (education +/or experience) strongly desired.

Job Title: Manager - Food Safety

Position Summary: This individual is charged with providing leadership and management of the corporate initiative to secure Global Food Safety (GFSI) certification. In addition, this individual will be responsible to ensure that all Company facilities, products and systems are in compliance with the applicable Global Food Safety Initiative certification(s).
Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in food science, business or related field, a minimum of ten years related experience in a technical role and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual needs to be very familiar with GFSI and be experienced in the certification and on-going management of these or similar programs. Knowledge or previous experience managing an ISO system is a plus. Individual must possess a background in HACCP, GMP’s and quality principles. Experience in food manufacturing environment is critical. Individual should possess good interpersonal skills, including being able to plan and delegate instructions to people. Must be able to communicate clearly with Associates at all levels of understanding and within different departments. Must understand and work with USDA, FDA, USDA Organic and NYS regulations. An understanding of food labeling laws and religious certifications are a plus.

Position Summary: Responsibility for a wide range of assignments in support of the plant operations. Will service a wide variety of production equipment and building systems.
Position Qualifications: Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience. Needs to possess a wide range of skills including industrial electricity, hydralics, equipment trouble shooting and repairand production related utilities.
